Customer wishes to obtain the Contractor’s services to perform the above described work. Detailed plans and specifications to be attached to this agreement.
Services.
The Services are to be performed at the client address.
Contractor agrees to furnish the labor necessary to perform the services described above.
Customer agrees to pay Contractor the Total Payment specified above for the Services in accordance with this agreement.
Contractor agrees to provide Customer a breakdown of all costs (i.e., materials and labor) upon Customer’s request.
BY SIGNING BELOW, CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES HAVING DISCUSSED ALL THE DETAILS AND IS SATISFIED WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OFFERED BY THE CONTRACTOR.
